Kevin started in real estate nearly two decades ago. In 2005, he managed one of the highest performing vacation rental portfolios at the Jersey Shore.
He attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School and became a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey. In NYC, he worked for the top Global Finance practice and closed over $15 billion in financing transactions.
In 2018, Kevin launched his hotel company, Shore House Hotels, in New Jersey with zero capital backing. Since then, he has acquired several hotels for his firm and clients. In 2025, he exited one of his hotel investments for a $3 million profit, or 600% return on invested capital.
